The Mission Possible Re-entry is a faith based program for individuals recently released from incarceration or on probation or parole. We are a partner with the County of Santa Clara Faith Re-entry Collaborative, which is a multi-faith network offering hope and help together with immediate and long-term resources supporting individuals and families as they return to the community.
